PRIVACY INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

ISO/IEC 27701:2025 is an international standard for Privacy Information Management Systems (PIMS) and provides requirements for organizations that are responsible for the processing of personally identifiable information (PII). The standard helps organizations establish, implement, maintain and continually improve a privacy information management system based on their privacy risks, applicable legal and regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and the organization's role as a PII controller and/or PII processor.
